Republicans announce their plan to move Washington to Phase 3


House and Senate Republican leaders announce a plan to reopen Washington state from COVID-19 pandemic restrictions by moving from Phase 2 to Phase 3, which includes reopening schools and allowing businesses and gatherings to move to 50 percent capacity. Legislators also answer questions about drug possession, a proposed capital gains tax and helping students catch up from learning loss. Meeting with the media were House Republican Minority Leader J.T. Wilcox, Rep. Joe Schmick and Sens. John Braun, Lynda Wilson and Sharon Brown.
