Republican leaders answer media questions in response to governor’s inaugural address
Republican leaders from both the House and Senate held a media availability online Wednesday following Gov. Jay Inslee’s inaugural address, in which they noted how he failed to mention his proposed tax increases and said nothing about the state’s abysmal vaccine delivery rate. The media conference was held just after Rep. Drew Stokesbary, R-Auburn, delivered the Republican Response to the address.
Those attending included: House Republican Leader Rep. J.T. Wilcox, House Republican Floor Leader Rep. Jacquelin Maycumber, House Republican Budget Leader Rep. Drew Stokesbary, Senate Republican Leader John Braun, Senate Republican Caucus Chair Sen. Ann Rivers, and Senate Republican Ways and Means Leader Sen. Lynda Wilson.
